2 Corinthians 4:7-9 (NRSV)
7 But we have this treasure in clay jars, so that it may be made clear that this extraordinary power belongs to God and does not come from us. 8 We are afflicted in every way but not crushed, perplexed but not driven to despair, 9 persecuted but not forsaken, struck down but not destroyed.
Across generations, believers have embraced the enduring love and boundless grace of God. Like clay jars, we acknowledge the fragility of life, yet within that fragility lies the beauty of transformation. Our brokenness does not disqualify us; instead, it becomes the very place where God’s power is made visible.
We are restored, repaired, and reshaped, entrusted to carry God’s presence with a hope that cannot be broken. As a church, we live on the edge of renewal, constantly being made new, transformed into the diverse shapes, sizes, and colors that reflect the fullness of God’s vision for us.
At the 2025 Regional Gathering, we unite to celebrate our regional life and share a time of worship, reflection, education, and renewal.
The 2025 Regional Gathering will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at the Disciples Ministry Center located at 115 E. Wilshire Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832

WORKSHOPS: A variety of educational opportunities will be offered in the morning and afternoon, including workshops designed for young adults. Click here to download descriptions of all workshops before registering.
PARKING: There are several parking lots and structures located near the Disciples Ministry Center that can be found on this map.
WATER REFILL STATIONS will be located throughout the venue. We encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle with you to the Regional Gathering.
LIVE-STREAMED WORSHIP: For those who are unable to join us in person, worship services at the Regional Gathering will be live-streamed on the Disciples PSWR YouTube channel.
TRANSLATIONS IN SPANISH, KOREAN AND CHINESE/MANDARIN will be available the day of the event through printed/digital programs and audio interpretation.
FOOD DRIVE As part of the giving project at our upcoming Regional Gathering, the children’s program is organizing a food drive. All food collected will benefit Western Service Workers Association in Santa Ana, supporting their ongoing efforts to serve and uplift our immigrant community who have been impacted by the recent ICE raids. We ask that the donations be brought to our Regional Gathering the morning of October 18th. If you have any questions, please reach out to Rev. Cristina Flores at Cristina@chotf.org.
