This calls for Pastors/Clergy to take the Anti-Racism Training as a requirement to maintain Standing within the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the Pacific Southwest Region. This training will cover Disciples understanding of racism, power analysis and next steps for the future.
This requirement went into effect beginning in 2020. However, those who completed Anti-Racism Training in 2018 and 2019 were counted. This training must be renewed every 5 years.
