REgister ON SITE

Online registration is now closed. You may register on site for $35 and includes Saturday admission, a continental breakfast on Saturday morning, and closing reception Saturday afternoon. Lunch is not guaranteed for on-site registrations.

Registration is FREE for all children/youth under the age of 18.

LUNCH: Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be offered. Children in grades 5 and under will eat on site with parents. Youth in grades 6-12 will eat together—visit the youth page for location and details. Registered Young Adults are invited to join us for a special off-campus lunch at a local restaurant. This is a great opportunity to connect, share a meal, and build community. Lunch is included in your registration—no additional cost for these off-campus lunch gatherings.

WORKSHOPS: A variety of workshops will be offered in the morning and afternoon, including workshops designed for young adults. Download the list of workshops here.

YOUTH GATHERING: All youth in grades 6 through high school seniors are encouraged to participate in gathering-wide worship services and specialized programming during educational and lunch times. Visit the youth page for more details. The cost for anyone under 18 years of age is FREE. Download the Permission Form required for all youth under the age of 18 and once completed, email it to reception@docpswr.org.

CHILDCARE AND KIDS GATHERING: Childcare and kids programming will be provided to children at no cost. Download the Permission Form required for all children (infants to grade 5) and once completed, email it to reception@docpswr.org. Space will be prioritized for those children who are pre-registered; childcare is not guaranteed for those who register on-site. Visit the childcare and kids page for more details.
